'In Memory and With Respect for
Norma 'Marilyn' Jean'
"An Evening With Marilyn * The Musical * Her Intimate Self Portrait"
'A One Woman Musical Play'
I found 'Marilyn' to be a very talented woman, a winner, and a true and valiant warrior of 'Life' itself. Throughout her brief, but memorable 'visit' to this world, she went in hard pursuit of her dreams', while making sure from day to day, to improve herself mentally and physically. In spite of 'being a female' at a time, when it was especially difficult for women surviving by, and for themselves', 'Marilyn' prevailed by accomplishing the difficult task of climbing the ladder of success, finally fulfilling 'her purpose in life'.
We all need and want love, there is no shame in that! 'Marilyn' was not the exception, she was able to love and be loved, mainly by one man, who adored her even after death, the great Joe DiMaggio! And while 'Marilyn' was very beautiful on the outside, she was especially even more beautiful on the inside We know you 'can't lie to a camera's penetrating eye, which fell 'in love' with her while catching a glimpse of her soul, every time 'Marilyn' happened to be in front of it. No doubt, it is something to say about anyone. Maybe that is the magic we feel and see shining through on the screen. It is perhaps one reason why even today at the end of 2012, after over 50 years of her early 'departure', that 'Marilyn' is still present in our lives, and very much loved and admired all over the the world.
