For the very first time 'Marilyn' 'has a voice', and while delighting us with her sensuous, sweet and vulnerable 'live presence', her music as well as 'keen and playful' sense of humor', 'Marilyn' finally gets the opportunity 'to speak', and tell her life's story herself, as well as describing in detail the events, and the people that 'marked; her private and professional life.
Only a few days before her untimely death, "Marilyn", will take us on a journey of her own life, from the time of her birth through her childhood, triumphs and tribulations, and towards a promising and bright future. The story unfolds through Marilyn’s own words, illustrated and embellished by her performance of 24 beautiful songs, many taken from her various movies by Gershwin, Styne, Arlen, Porter, and others, sang and danced in Marilyn's unique playful, sweet, and sensuous style, while wearing 7 exact replicas of her film costumes.
We will also be moved by "Marilyn's" renditions of songs we wish she had sung, like: "Someone to Watch Over Me", "Good Morning Heartache", "The Man I Love", "How Long Has This Been Going On", "Hooray For Hollywod" and "There's No Business Like Show Business".
